Q: What is "cob-smoked"?
A: The smoking process is done using corn cobs, rather than hickory, or other type of wood chips. This creates the unique and distinctive flavor.

Q: What are the recommended cooking times for the smoked ham and/or turkey?
A: Because our meats are fully cooked, they are best served at room temperature or slowly warmed in the oven and served immediately.
